Terms of service
Heli Dashboard is a private operations tool provided by a single helicopter operator to its own staff. These terms apply to everyone the operator grants access to.
Access
Access is granted by the operator to named Google accounts and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, without notice and at the operator's sole discretion. Use the account you were given access with, keep it to yourself, and do not attempt to reach any part of the system you were not granted.
Use
Use the dashboard for the operator's own purposes only. What it shows is internal information: do not republish, forward or otherwise disclose it outside the operator's organisation.
No warranty, and not an authoritative record
The dashboard is a convenience view of information maintained elsewhere. It may be incomplete or out of date. It is not an official record and must not be relied on as one — the operator's own controlled records govern in every case. It is provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from its use, to the extent the law permits.
Changes
These terms may change. Continued use after a change means the current version applies.
